1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Busy Bee Cleaning Services Ltd ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Busy Bee Cleaning Services Ltd provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties across Greater Manchester. Our services include but are not limited to regular domestic cleaning, one-off cleans, deep cleaning, end of tenancy cleaning, compassionate cleaning, and builders cleaning.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Booking and Cancellation

Booking: Services can be booked through our website, by phone, or by email. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. No-shows or cancellations on the day of service may be charged the full service fee.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. For regular cleaning services, we may require a deposit or set up recurring payments.

We accept payment by credit/debit card, bank transfer, and cash. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.

5. Service Guarantee

We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will re-clean the areas in question at no additional cost.

6. Access to Property

You are responsible for ensuring that our cleaning team has access to your property at the scheduled time. If we cannot gain access, a cancellation fee may apply.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide a safe working environment for our cleaning team
  • Secure or remove valuable or fragile items before our arrival
  • Inform us of any special instructions or areas requiring particular attention
  • Notify us of any health and safety hazards or concerns

8. Liability

Busy Bee Cleaning Services Ltd is fully insured for public liability and employer's liability. However, we shall not be liable for:

  • Damage due to faulty or improper installation of items in your property
  • Pre-existing damage or wear and tear
  • Damage to items that require specialist cleaning not agreed upon in advance
  • Indirect or consequential losses arising from our services

Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greater Manchester and the United Kingdom.
